Mr. Fisher took the participant on Entrepreneurial and Entrepreneurial skills. He defined an Entrepreneur as one who make money by starting or running a business enterprise successfully and encouraged participants to develop their inbuilt value for the benefit of their various communities.
Mr. Fisher went further to explain the relevance of this platform backing it up with an words of advice, he implored to make good judicious use of the opportunity provided for them by FHI.

He went further to
explain the intricacies that makes up an Entrepreneur that stands out in terms
of qualities and inbuilt values. These in built distinctive traits include; Persistence,
Strong desire to achieve

High energy level
·
Good oriented behaviour
·
Independence
·
Self-confidence amongst others
In line with this, he
also noted that every business and business idea should be taken seriously as
every successful business start in a day.Shortly after his speech, the participants were grouped into bead making, baking, liquid and bar soap for proper training and practicals.
The Practical section
started from 12noon. The participants were taken through the basic of their
chosen vocations, each group were provided with all the materials needed for
the practical sessions for smooth learning platform and it lasted till 4pm with
a lunch break in between.
The
day 2 activities started with an opening prayer. Mr. Fisher gave a facilitation
on Record Keeping. The session cut
across; how one can operate in their ways. This he explained that one can have
two covered buckets; one will be used for keeping of all the purchased and the
other for keeping record of what they sell, these buckets would be labelled as
income coming and income going respectively.
The
day 3 training program started with an opening prayer by 10am. Mr. Fisher started
with a game on networking which paved way for intimacy among every one present
and interaction. Participants were asked to meet as many people as they like
and at the end of 15 minutes, the participants were encouraged to make new
friends. After this shot exersice, Mr Fisher explained that the small exercise
was to reiterate the fact that networking is very important when it comes to
starting a business it shouldn’t be under rated as no business can survive
without networking.
Mr.
Fredrick of AMEN (Association of Micro Entrepreneur of Nigeria (AMEN) National
Secretary spoke to the participants on the benefit of the association, with
group they will success more, as in the association, they have alot of benefits
to marketing of their products
